We have been AAHA accredited since 1995. A small percentage of clinics in North America have this prestiges title. To become an AAHA clinic, we undergo vigorous inspections every four years. There are stringent standards to follow in all areas like cleanliness, record keeping, surgical procedures, anesthetic protocols, diagnostic testing and quality of care for our patients, to name a few. Being an AAHA clinic keeps us up to date on veterinary medicine and provide high quality care for our beloved pets.
We have four doctors with an interests in wellness/preventative care but also an interest in different areas that allows us to consult with one another on challenging cases. We also feel that our pets benefit from traditional and integrative medicine. We offer cold laser therapy for wounds and osteoarthritis along with nutraceutical supplements.
We have many team members that have been with us for over a decade, they are very dedicated to the animal health field and active in the community.
We provide medical care for our local wildlife and then send them for rehabilitation and hopefully release back into the wild. You may see us participating in community events like fundraisers for animal rescues, 5 k runs for veterans or cancer survivors. We believe in giving back to the community!
